Iberian sirloin to Pedro Ximenez
Do you want to give a touch of class to your table? Do you want to eat something other than fried eggs with potatoes? For this weekend we propose you to prepare a very special recipe of Iberian Sirloin to Pedro Ximénez.
Ingredients
- 1 Iberian pork tenderloin
- 1 teaspoon flour
- Broth or water.
- A tablespoon of butter
- Pepper
- Salt
- 3 tablespoons virgin olive oil
- Rosemary
Preparation
1. Season the sirloin and add the oregano and thyme.
2. In a frying pan seal the sirloin to close the pores. Reserve.
3. Preheat the oven to 200º -
To prepare the sauce;
4. Put the sirloin in an oven dish and cook it at 200º for 12/ 13 min. so that it is to the point.
5. You have to be very aware of this time, two more minutes and maybe it will be dry.
6. Serve with the sauce.
Chef's Tip
