About us

Our ranching legacy dates back more than 70 years. Generation after generation, our grandfathers and grandmothers have been able to transmit the traditional know-how of how to make the best Iberian pork products.

For several generations, our recipe has not been modified, thus maintaining the most traditional flavor in all our hams, shoulders and sausages.

Without losing that traditional and artisan heritage, we have acquired a commitment to the natural essence of our land. A family with its sights set on continuing this legacy and bringing the taste of authenticity, tradition and know-how to the whole world.

Environment

We have a clear commitment to the sustainable management of the environment and natural resources, being one of the pillars on which we support the development of our operations.

The good practices that we apply at all levels of our value chain (animal welfare, sustainable agriculture, extensive livestock, etc.) help us to continue contributing to the fulfillment of our goals.

Our pigs graze freely on our farms, without any barriers, looking for food and water naturally, a perfect harmony between man and the environment.

The selection of their own Iberian pig huts, in our farms, conceived for that sole purpose, is a very remarkable element in our manufacturing processes. Process that combines deep-rooted customs with constant improvement operations.

Our Farms

Our farms are located in the south central area of ​​Extremadura, in the heart of the Extremadura dehesa. They are meadows with a high density of oaks and cork oaks, which form the ideal place for breeding the Iberian acorn-fed pig.

CAMPILLO ESTATE

Since the beginning of the exploitation of the farm more than 70 years ago and due to the high quality of our holm oak forest, with a significant density of holm oaks and cork oaks, it has been possible to take advantage of natural resources, shaping the perfect habitat to raise our pigs.
ESTATE THE FIELDS
From our grandparents and parents to this day we have been lucky enough to be able to live in the town where we were born and to which we are so attached. In addition, we make a living with a medium that we are proud of, and that we live and feel. Its situation, the height, the winds and the climate favor both the breeding of the pig and the curing of the sausages.

JARALES ESTATE
Finca Jarales has a unique orography. The profile of the terrain is very abrupt and with a careful combination of slopes and flat meadows. Its rugged relief forces our Iberian pigs to carry out extra continuous exercise while they look for their precious, favoring animal welfare and intramuscular penetration of the oleic acid.

CHAMORRA FARM
One of the key factors that distinguishes us is that we ensure that the flavor of our Iberian products is always the same. Thanks to the large number of oaks on our farm, we can ensure adequate feeding for the pigs, which guarantees the good quality of the final product.
