In the preparation of our acorn-fed hams we take care of every minute detail, salting and post-salting are supervised so that the temperature and humidity are perfect.
All this to finish in our natural dryers, which ensure that the maturation generates the aromas, transforming the pieces until they acquire their final nuances.

Organoleptic Characteristics
Firm and compact consistency with a bright red color when cut , with fat of unctuous consistency and partially infiltrated in the muscle mass, aromatic white-yellowish in color.
Pleasant and slightly salty taste.
