Iberian stew with red wine
Today I bring you a very special stew, cooked as my mother did when I was little, in this case we have given it a different touch, an easy and very nutritious recipe that will delight the most painted.
Ingredients
- 1.5 kg of Iberian headboard
- 2 carrots
- water.
- Onion
- Pepper
- 7 mushrooms
- Half onion
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 green pepper
- Salt
- 5 tablespoons virgin olive oil
- Black pepper
-Quality red wine, as on other occasions you have to spend the, you notice a barbarity
- Leek
- 30 grams of cooked oats
- Parsley to decorate
Preparation
1 First of all clean the meat, vegetables and season well.
2 Cut the green pepper and carrots into small cubes. Peel the garlic clove together with the onion and cut them.
3 We take the piece of Iberian Headboard and cut it into small cubes of 2cm.
4 In a wide casserole heat a stream of extra virgin olive oil. Incorporate all vegetables except mushrooms. Sauté over medium heat for 10 minutes until we see that it is softened.
5 Add the pieces of meat from the Iberian headboard. Continue the stir-fry until the meat is golden.
6 Have 1/2 liter of broth or water ready approximately very hot
7 Cover the stew with red wine, water, potatoes and mushrooms.
8 Let simmer for about two hours until tender meat
9 Add the cooked oatmeal, in this case I have chosen to give it a different touch, my mother poured rice
12 Reduce the sauce, add salt and pepper.
